Information about our appointments system
Appointments can only be provided to patients registered with the surgery. Registration is a simple and easy process and can be done online or in person, just ensure you have a piece of photographic ID, like a passport and some proof of your address, like a utility bill.
How to book an appointment with a Doctor
The Family Practice Group runs a triage service Monday – Friday for patients that require an urgent appointment. You can book directly here or just click the image below:
You may also call the practice, however, we would like to urge our patients to use our online service where possible to keep the lines free for emergencies and the patients who cannot use our online services. Both methods will have a similar estimated turnaround time.
We aim to deal with your request within 48 hours of your request being received, patients will be triaged by a clinician & prioritised based on the nature of the request and illness.
The method of appointment will be determined by a clinician i.e. telephone consultation, video consults, or a face-to-face appointment, you may request either of these methods and the practice will try to accommodate you where possible.
