Exclusions: Symptoms persisting beyond 10 days, recurrent episodes, or signs of severe infection

Age: 1 to 17 years
Symptoms: Ear pain, hearing loss, and possible fever

Exclusions: Children under 1 year, recurrent infections, or signs of systemic illness

Age: 1 year and over
Symptoms: Redness, swelling, pain, and possible pus at the bite site

Exclusions: Signs of spreading infection, systemic symptoms, or allergy

Age: 1 year and over
Symptoms: Red sores that quickly rupture, ooze, and form a yellow-brown crust

Exclusions: Extensive skin involvement or recurrent episodes

Age: 18 years and over
Symptoms: Painful rash with blisters, typically on one side of the body

Exclusions: Involvement of the eye, face, or signs of systemic illness

Age: Women aged 16 to 64 years
Symptoms: Burning sensation during urination, frequent urge to urinate, and lower abdominal pain

Exclusions: Pregnancy, recurrent UTIs, or signs of upper urinary tract involvement
